In the first decade of our business, we succeeded in going beyond fair trade. We created a training and support program that could reach the most marginalized family farmers and help them to become export-capable, certified organic agro-entrepreneurs.
In parallel, we built a short, integrated supply chain that brought the true value of their produce back into their communities.
Today, we work with like-minded growers across three continents, creating a global network of tight value chains, founded on fairness.
Excluding middle men, we can still ensure fair pay for farmers and workers, while our local offices and grower partners run and support projects that bring long-term benefits to rural communities.
